I purchased footwear at Payless from Prince Wales Dr. bill no.4725-1194-69442.

I wore it just once and realised the footwear has a defect and had started to hurt my right foot. I went to the stores immediately to return and inform about the issue. They mentioned that they cannot accept to return a used sandals.

I totally accept the fact that it is unethical to return a one day used sandals if the style is no good. However, in my case, the right sandal had a stitch come off which started to poke my leg when I walk.

The Manager was very rude and showcased zero customer service. I mentioned to her that the sandal is hurting my leg due to stitching mistake. She did not acknowledge the fact and argued that they do not accept a return.

I would surely not want to shop in a place where they do not understand customer and who do not want to accept their faults.

Customer is penalized and now I have to just throw the footwear.
