I shopped at Payless a few weeks ago and with my purchase earned a $10 rewards card to use during the month of Sept. Today i went to use it to be told that the corporate office had rescinded the reward cards.
I asked how they could just pull the cards customers had earned without notifying them I was told that was what the employees were told to tell customers.
This is an unfair business practice, it's not the amount it's the principal of the whole ordeal.
It would be nice to understand what the true story is????
If you are offering a reward for shopping with your company honor the reward for crying out loud. You have a way to track who earned the cards and you should take care of those customers.
