Payless Shoesource in Casa Grande, Arizona - Refusal of restroom
I took my 2 year old grandson to buy shoes. We spent over $100. When we asked to use the restroom for him, they refused. A 2 year old that can’t wait. Will never shop there again

Payless Shoesource in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Payless sucks
I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter on jan 28 due to my crazy work schedule i couldn't echange the boots i went to payless and the manger that knows i purchased the boots before the bankruptcy of payless was not there and they claim due to me not having the receipt that cant prove i purchased the boots before hand and wont let me echanged it i called to get some help and got no help ask to speak to a supervisor and was told i would have to call back in like 2 hours which makes no sense ive been a loyal customer for many years and cant understand this at all i even worked for your company im not asking for money i just need a bigger size im truly disappointed and angery and this company
Payless Shoesource in Seattle East, Washington - Payless customer service and managers at their locations don't care of their customers
Two days ago I purchased some nonslip comfort shoes and they were not comfortable at all. I whored them for couple ours with padding in them that I purchased from Payless for $48 In total and the the manager named marry was rude and basically told me she wasn't able to help me. Same with their customer service two of their employees hanged up on me pretty sure they gave me fake names. I can also see why they are all rude and disrespectful but marry works at factoria mall in Seattle WA

Payless Shoesource in Alvin-Pearland, Texas - I bought shoes a little over a week ago and was told I could return or exchange them if they didn't fit right. Went today and was told no return or exchanges can be done! That is nowhere on my receipt
Went into store, was told they can't do anything. I only bought the shoes because I was told that I could exchange or return them if I wanted. Now what?
Payless Shoesource - I was billed twice for tax st your merivale store
No manager in store to complain to , the teller said she couldnt do anything else, i returned 2 items and in my new bill only d cost of the shoes was refunded
Payless Shoesource - Poor customer service
I went to exchange a pair of shoes at a pay less store in Brooklyn NY. They told me I have to bring shies in prime condition. The shies are separating at the seams. The sales clerk told me she can't exchange them that I have to speak to the manager. When I ask to speak to the manager. She than tells me the manager left for the day. She raised her voice, and said well I can't help you. Very poor customer service. How can the manager leave for the day if it was only 2:30 pm.
Payless Shoesource - Delay on $30 dollar refund.
Purchase a $30 dollar item a payless in Kissimmee on 12/21/19. Item did not fit appropriately. Returned item on 1/16/19. Money was not appropriately returned to my account within 24 business hours. When you purchase an item from this store, the money is extracted immediately, but when it is time for the company to return your money it takes 2 to 7 business days. Unacceptable. Unfair business practice. This is not an abundant of funds to return.
Payless Shoesource - Discrimination
On 12/23/18 went to Payless in Winchester va, valley ave location. The worst experience in my 64 years of living. Dawn who was working that day, first did not greet me r my daughter.after looking for a pair of boots for my granddaughter could not find, when we were both leaving DAWN the associate looked at us up and down as we leave , got into our car she wrote down on our liscense plate. So I went back into the store and ask her why , she said it’s their policy.then she went on and said she is not racist..and she is responsible for everything in store ,and she is protecting herself
Payless Shoesource - Worst customer service
I ordered 4 pairs of boots and paid express delivery to get them before christmas. Recieved packaged, Unfortunately they did not delivered all 4 pairs. They will not send me the missing pair or give me a refund. Truly disappointing. It's irritating how they provide an email but when you email them, it states that they can't help you and redirect you to call the call center instead. Call center did not do anything either. I'm done with payless.
