I returned a pair of shoes and only had a printed transaction from my bank and your associate was going to give me the lowest sale price and not the proof on my bank sheet, stating she wasnt certain if these were the shoes on the paper, luckily they rang up the same price and still refused to give me a refund i had to take a gift card. All this basically over a simple transaction. Is it really worth letting a guest leave mad,so she could play manager,i went to alot of trouble to prove this transaction, and had it not rang up the price i paid i would have had to take a lower price, stating i had no receipt!!!

Payless doesn't process returns based on bank statements. You would need to have an original transaction receipt for the purchase.

If one does not have the receipt they would only be offered the lowest sold price of the shoe in a form of merchant credit.

This is for loss prevention purposes and sensible company procedures.I suggest next time, keep track of the reciept....
