I tried to order something online for over 3 weeks.it kept declining my credit card, my debit card - even paypal.
I called the bank and they said nothing was wrong with my card. No one at Payless seemed to care. they just told me to buy a Payless gift card to make the purchase. No one knew why.
I was just transferred to one department to the other with no answers. Their customer service is in the Philippines. They speak terrible English and only follow a script in front of them.
My daughter in law's debit card was declined also.No one can tell us why.
