Returned a pair of boots to payless that i bought online. i went to the store to exchange them originally, they did not fit.
The girl informed me they did not have any, and she would refund them and then i could go home, and go back online and re-purchase them. so i did. and 9 days later, i still have to credit back to my account. these were purchased on a debit card, that transaction immediately went through to my bank, but you try and refund at payless, and not so easy.
I called the store to ask how long a refund usually takes to post, and that now i was out over 100.00 since i repurchased the boots again online. I was told "i have no idea, here is the number for corporate"... really??? corporate them infoms me i should see a refund on my next statement within a few months...
a few months??? I will never shop here again.
