Not resolved

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on Oct. 10, 2011 and still have not received the product in which it is Nov.

1, 2011. Called numerous times to get an understanding where my product whereabouts no all I received were lies. I needed the black and white saddle shoes for a Halloween party but could not wear them due to Payless lack of responsibility. The manager name Jesse only apologized and really didnt give 2 cents.

If you want quality service, its better to pay more then shop "Payless"! I hate to do this but am pissed and I am mad.
