we rented a car in tampa ,fl. went to pick it up and was shown one car that me,the wife,and 2 boys could not fit in with any
luggage . to upgrade was a cost of 135.00 for 3 days. we said we would take the
first car ,at this we were treated badly, and on our contract was written that all days pass 3 would be a charge of a 100.00 a day. rude service from the employee also when we returned. i would not rent a car here again! who has a corp. number for this area. please send to this site

The third question asked on their reservation site is TYPE of CAR.
My guess is the Economy grade was too much to turndown in hopes of a great deal.
Therefore, it was your choice.
